Led strategic initiatives to scale Belvo’s integration capabilities and drive the no-code tools roadmap, cutting integration time by 75%—from 2 years to 6 months—and enabling real-time data access for major clients like Banamex, BBVA, Nubank, and Mercado Libre.
Managed the product design team and UX strategy, aligning the end-to-end user experience across Belvo Connect, the Dashboard, and Developer tools.
